Furniture: We are happy to provide a 1-year limited manufacturers warranty on furniture items. Any furniture and select textile items that arrive damaged can be returned hassle free for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 3 days of the purchase/delivery. Memory foam: Due to sanitary reasons, items with memory foam can not be accepted for return if the foam has been removed from its original packaging.

Rugs: Our rugs are machine washable; this means you can throw them in a machine on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. We recommend machine washing, when necessary, vacuum and spot clean smaller debris or spills regularly.
Please Note: Washing machines come with different load capacities and restrictions. You need to refer to your machine’s manual before washing.

Faux Fur: Remove any foam inserts if present. Machine wash in cold water on gentle, tumble dry on low or hang to dry. We recommend washing the faux fur frequently to keep the texture plush and soft. After each wash, give the fur a brush to avoid any clumping that may occur.
Memory foam: Spot clean only with light detergent
Waterproof cover: machine wash in cold on gentle and hang to dry.
