Do you offer warranty? Can I return my items?

Furniture: We are happy to provide a 1-year limited manufacturers warranty on furniture items. Any furniture and select textile items that arrive damaged can be returned hassle free for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 3 days of the purchase/delivery. Simply note any damage upon delivery and email pictures of the defective furniture to info@4catsndogs.com.

Memory foam: Due to sanitary reasons, items with memory foam cannot be accepted for return if the foam has been removed from its original packaging.

What are the care instructions?

Rugs: Our rugs are machine washable; this means you can throw them in a machine on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. We recommend machine washing when necessary; vacuum and spot clean smaller debris or spills regularly.

Please note: Washing machines come with different load capacities and restrictions. You need to refer to your machine’s manual before washing.

Faux Fur: Remove any foam inserts if present. Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, tumble dry on low or hang to dry. We recommend washing the faux fur frequently to keep the texture plush and soft. After each wash, give the fur a brush to avoid any clumping that may occur.

Memory foam: Spot clean only with light detergent.

Waterproof cover: machine wash in cold water on gentle and hang to dry.
